The head coach of the team, Mohammed Bashiru a.k.a Joe Bash took the team through various routines in tactical approach to the game and body conditioning process.
Speaking to northstarfmonline.com after the final training session on Thursday, coach Bashiru was optimistic about their chances and physical condition of his ladies and believed they were in better shape to go into the Tounament.
He noted that, he was taking serious the Unity Games in a bid to prepare a solid team for the task ahead.

FC SAVANNA are the defending champions of the Northern Regional Division One League 2017, but missed out qualification to the Women’s Premier League during the play offs in Kumasi early this year.
The only representative left in the Sanford Women MTN FA Cup for Northern Region has played ten friendly games so far, winning 7, drawing 2 and losing one. This has put the team in a better shape to annex the upcoming unity games which kicks off in Savelugu this weekend.
